24.12.2024 30 min

Zusammenfassung & Show Notes

This important Tibetan Buddhist mantra invokes the goddess Tara as the essence of compassion to liberate us from all suffering. Caroline and I talk about the nature of unconditional love, the difference between Soha and Svaha and how children can teach us presence.

Caroline and Timothy are the creators of Tara Nature Retreat, a retreat center based in Umbria Italy where they offer retreats and trainings during spring and summer, and live year round with their baby daughter Tammy. Being a yoga therapist Caroline has found her soul work in creating healing retreats, offering coaching sessions and writing books. Tim is a passionate educator in both yoga and the natural sciences. He loves to play guitar and guide ecstatic dance. As a family they live with the seasons, a deep connection to Mother Nature and enjoy singing circles to connect to being alive.
