- If you find yourself blaming someone else, make sure you point the finger at yourself first and analyse your own communication and behaviour.
- Provide information in advance, including slides if at all possible before online meetings
- Communicate about communication - incorporate regular opportunities during the meeting to summarize and checking understanding and evaluate the effectiveness of each meeting before people leave the room.
