• associations - cute or quirky
• why writing the name down helps
• tips that teachers use to learn a lot of names at once
• eye contact
• concentration

Weekly Communication Challenge: Try to remember one new name a day for the next 5 work days and use it when you speak to them next, observe any difference in the way that they interact with you. Look at their body language, gestures and if they smile more.
