The ability to really listen to someone in an increasingly digital world is becoming a rare talent that leadership needs to learn and practice, if their organisations are to thrive.

Weekly Communication Challenge: Reach out this week to at least one person and try listening to them without talking about yourself or offering advice (unless they specifically ask for it) for five minutes. Then come back into our group to share your learnings or experience (without the details of the conversation of course)
