Zusammenfassung & Show Notes
Guten Morgen Berlin, Episode 8 - Nadja Raabe talks to Jess Earle.
Jewish. Berlinish. Right in the middle.
One of the most prominent landmarks in Berlin Mitte: The golden roof of the New Synagogue.
Since its partial reconstruction around the time of German Reunification, it belongs once again to the Jewish Community of Berlin. This building is also home to the New Synagogue Berlin - Centrum Judaicum Foundation, which is dedicated to preserving and imparting knowledge about Berlin's Jewish history and culture through its archive, exhibitions, events and educational programs.
That's why our motto: GUTEN MORGEN BERLIN fits well with the above motto: Berlinish and right in the middle.
Jess' work is multifaceted: he is responsible for museum education concepts and programs; target audience and visitor orientation. And much more!
But visit the Centrum Judaicum for yourself!
This architecturally stunning historic building from 1866 and Jess' work breathe the spirit of cosmopolitanism and hospitality and radiate far out into the world...
That's why we were very happy to record two episodes with Jess Earle.
One in English and one in German, and here is the English version:
