We interviewed keynote speaker Professor Ron Blonder about how artificial intelligence is transforming science education and the skills teachers need to integrate it effectively. A brief conversation on the possibilities, difficulties, and routes to responsible AI usage in the science classroom and in science education research. During the interview, Ron offered a glimpse into a potential future for the use of AI. This recap episode provides an opportunity to reflect on what might have already become a reality a year later.
