I want to talk about how your feet determine your fitness level.
When people think about fitness, they usually think about strength, endurance, training plans, maybe nutrition. But very few people think about the part of the body that everything else is built on.
Your feet.
And that’s surprising, because your feet are your foundation. They carry you through life. They support your entire body. They help you balance, stabilize, and move. Every step you take starts there.
So if your foundation is weak, unstable, or restricted, that will affect the rest of your body too.
